I don’t know who’s in charge of cleaning but they need to do a better job with sanitation and cleaning their machinery equipments in floors. Coffee taste like dirt
You can definitely tell that their coffee makers are not clean properly. Or they’re letting their coffee sit out there for too long and or not make a new one.

They finally have Boston cream after about a year I've been trying to get some from there. By the way the girl at the window is very rude. Overall it's local for me it's only a block away. They can do better.!!

To many kiddos working and need to return the beverage always, need to train the staff better and need to work in the costumer service.

6th & Lehigh location is not consistent. The service depends on the employees working the night. If you luck up and get the good ones everything is great. But, if you get the lazy one with an attitude (a female) she will only serve hot coffee and whatever doughnuts are available, not even iced coffee. How hard is it to make iced coffee? I will try a few more times and if she continues not wanting to make anything, then I'll just stop going to that location.

It literally took 20 minutes so they could take my order and they will only three cars in front of me. And they ran out of supplies I guess because I only could get one thing from everything that I order.
