It is now 9:19pm. I walked over 2 minutes ago, to grab something hot to sip on, and they were closed!!! How and why are you closed more than 30 minutes before the time you are supposed to be closed. My experience literally has me disgusted. I’m pregnant, and wanted to keep warm with a hot beverage, and was denied while there was someone sitting one inside.

it has been almost a year since i last visited this place, it is a harbour for me with no familiar faces and minimal interaction with other people. watching the comfort of american lower middle class life, small hot coffee with cream and sugar.

HORRIBE!!! They dump sugar in the bottom of the Styrofoam cup and dont stir it. They compensate for not stirring the coffer by putting way too much sugar in. I will never go here again!

I'd give this no stars if possible. The woman at the counter YAWNED in my face (wide open mouth) then I had to give my order 3 times (this should've been a clue to walk out). The egg and cheese bagel I ordered came with a short straight black hair and the blueberry muffin was completely crumbled-I mean a bag of crumbs, I couldn't believe it. I would've had to use a spoon to eat it. After seeing the hair sandwich the entire bag went into the trash. It probably won't affect their bottom line in any way but I won't be going back to Dunkin Donuts EVER again. Big THUMBS DOWN!!!
