The burgers tasted alright but they need to utilize better aim when creating a burger. Nothing at all was aligned and was slapped together without care. I had to disassemble and reassemble the burgers as they were so wonky.
Horrific leadership, unorganized, very bad attitudes, laziness, slow, they are cavalier as a group franchising in this neighborhood.

We waited 30min.then we cancelled our order and wanted a refund. When we asked for a refund the workers had a bad attitude and disrespectful. They call it fast food for a reason, worst McDonald's in South Philly!
My food took forever. The girls behind the counter one who had red braids was horrible. Using foul language in front of my 2 daughters. Talked to the customers with an attitude. Also talked & treated her co-workers like trash.. Every other word was a curse. This was 12:30 in the afternoon on 3/30/20
The young guy that handle our order was so helpful.we ordered big Mac by mistake and when we got to the window i told him it was a mistake with no attitude he changed our order he was very helpful I really appreciate it that keep up the good work that was good customer service
