Workers are usually very nice but the people making the food can really mess up some of the sandwiches. Spent 20 minutes almost trying to get my order right and not burnt for my daughter.

I ordered a bottled water and the hummus & tomato on toast. And thats the operative word here, toast. They made me wait at the window for nothing because when I got to work to work I saw that the bread was not toasted and what I had was a soggy mess. I had stopped coming to this dunkin for months because of the service and now I decided to give it another chance. No more chances.

This location is overwhelming bad. I would say that it's a lack of leadership but the morning manager is both handling cash and touching food. A change of leadership is much needed. Unfortunately this is the only d&D in the area.

The people that work there aren’t very pleasant at all. Somewhat rude actually. If you don’t want to wait 20 minutes for a black coffee, I’d suggest ordering through the app and picking it up. Not worth waiting in the drive thru or inside. Coffee is fine though.

Go to the Dunkin at Ridge and Leverington instead. I go here because the hours are later than the other one, but I’ve literally never gotten the right order. Today it was clear that they had run out of cold brew, which is totally understandable. But can you just tell me that and cancel the order? Instead they gave me a giant iced coffee with whipped cream on top and passed it off as my drink. That’s a big price discrepancy too. The app won’t even allow refunds...
The Dunkin store down the street is my go-to and I’ve never had any problems with my orders there. Just go to that one.

I have been to the location a handful of times. My bagel is never toasted when requested. Yesterday, I had to take my cold bagel home to toast it. It defeats the purpose of ordering, if the order is consistently incorrect.

Not the most friendly, but not horrid.
They normally have a good selection of donuts but sometimes they run out on weekends
Inside lobby has a few comfortable chairs but is sparse, which is common during continued covid times.
Drive thru is insane busy in morning, so take a moment and get out of your car.... It is worth the hassle of parking!
