Can someone explain to me how this dirty kiosk is safer than ordering at the counter with safety dividers!?
Almost half of my order were missing. Ordered combo meal but no fries. Had another order of fries on the side missing too. Finally Ordered the nuggets and we all know what was missing. The remodeled McDonalds is so much better. The lines love faster. The prices are affordable. The employees are very nice.
Cashier was rude and attitude was clearly the issue. The coca cola we got tasted like dish water and I kid you not when I say we ordered 3 quarter pounders and literally had the patty of a cheeseburger. Aweful experience. Never waiting ordering or going there again.
They lie to me telling me the frap machine is down then I order online thru DoorDash and it miraculously worked. They play good music inside at night tho so two stars
This McDonald's is the first I've seen with the touch screen to order. I think it's a great setup. Walk in, order on the touch screen, u can customize the food the way you like it, then print the receipt, take it to the register and pay. They bring the food right to your table. It moves pretty fast.
Rude customer service, plus lazy manager was no help. They mess my order up every time.
Food was cold and I can understand that because it's cold outside but food tasted old and stale. Fried were nasty cold over salted and not fresh at all. Chicken sandwich was the worst. Greatly disappointed
