Pizza Hut - Philadelphia - Photo album

This is a great location, with one tiny exception - there's no air conditioning! It's bad enough when you pick up your pizza, but the poor employees! I'm surprised they can keep good employees!

The worst service I've ever had, anywhere. I ordered my pizza online @ 330pm to have it ready for pick up @ 6pm. I show up at 5:45, and they put the order in right then! So when I enter 19115 it won’t show any Philadelphia stores to Carry Out online or click use my location( I am in 19115 - 2 minutes from a Pizza Hut on Bustleton ave), when I call it is a never ending hold pattern you are stuck in never to be answered. I hung up after 30 min testing the phone line.

I didn’t want to give any stars but had to give atleast one in order to comment. Not quite sure how this business is still open if they are only honoring dine-in. No way to call in an order over the phone, no one answers, and no way to order online because this location is not an option to select..

I never had a problem with this place til today I did an order on line for delivery. Been an hr and half and still no one showed up for me to call the store and then to tell me that someone tries to deliver but no one answered the door and they called. Which none of it happened. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to go pick up two boxes today. Walked in to see the back of the guy working the front register. He continued to ignore me for five minutes bc he was too busy talking on his phone to acknowledge me. Some girl came out of the back to hand me my food which was next to him. A
