Bad service, will have a full out conversation with each other while guest wait for orders at the window. Didn't even bother making my order. Don't waste your time or money . They need to fire the people that work here.

Very slow. Everyday takes 30min to order. Terrible customer service. Need a bunch of adjustments even when making the food for the customers. I do not recommend to eat here.
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They NEVER get my order right, rather I do it mobile or in person. There is always a very long line (as all fast food places during this pandemic) and the inside to walk in is never open so you’re forced to wait in the long car line and very rare when you go
They decide when they want to open the doors or do drive thru. It’s a shame because they have plenty of customers, but they lock the doors whenever they feel like it.
theee worst Dunkin I been to. i just left…was in line in the drive through for 30 mins and no exaggeration. i was stuck because i would have left. I’m not sure who runs this place, but something needs to be done. i gave them another chance and it’s my last for this location.
