TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered and when I asked why I was being charged more than what the menu stated .. The woman at the register got mad and rude wondering why I was questioning HER!!! Never AGAIN.. STAY AWAY!!

Called them tonight to order from them went through the steps asked pickup or delivery said delivery gave my number and address. Tells me we have a different address I said we'll I moved Oh we can change the address now oh so you lost out on business because can't change the address. See why you had my old address listed because it has been that long since I ordered from Pete's. Had to review this page I reviewed the other Pete's I actually ordered from and they messed up also. I see why I let a year almost go by since ordering from Pete's pizza

I picked up an order that was very specific on details. They did not pay attention to details. However, the chicken cheesesteak and roll was very fresh.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!! I CANT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH. DONT DO IT. Here is my call log they kept saying my food was leaving. I ordered at 5pm and didnt cancel until after 8pm. Very upset

Ashley took my order over the phone wasn't polite nor created an enjoyable order placement. I felt as if she did not want to place my order & very impatient. Ashley may need training with placing orders & appear to appreciate patrons. Ashley hung up before I was finished inquiring about other menu items.

I enjoy trying new pizza places around town, and for the first time I'm pretty disappointed. It's been 2 hours and I still haven't gotten my food, and when called to ask about it, the lady was extremely rude and just said "we don't have your order, must be another location" and hung up on me. Cool cool, great customer service. I don't care how good the food is (if I eventually get it), I won't be ordering from here again.

It’s a shame that I have to give this review but I have never had to wait 2 hours for an order I never received. I called to place a large order for my family of 5 and I gave my credit card information as payment. Lady tells me to make sure I have my credit card available for the driver to confirm and I was like Great! She tells me the order will take 45 min to an hour for delivery and I was like Cool!
Usually they are punctual with their timing so when an hour and ten min past... I gave them a call to get an update on my order. Lady says the food is out and driver is on their way. I decided to be patient and wait another 30 min. After 30 min, no show... I called the store again and requested a refund. At this point my kids haven’t eaten and my girlfriend and I are starving! The woman attempted to tell me that me asking for a refund when the food is being delivered is not happening. I told her that I need to feed my family and I would appreciate a refund because I never had to wait this long for food.
She puts me on hold and confirms my claim. She gets back on the line and tells me that my order was delivered and I should have my food. She then tells me that my food was given to my wife sitting on the steps. Describes her as a woman with a ponytail. Nobody in my home has a ponytail and sits on the steps at 8 @ night! So at this point I’m like I never received a knock or a phone call when the food arrived. So at this point somebody is lying. I asked for a refund and said I never received food at my location. She got defensive and continued to push the idea that I received my food and it was given to a woman. I wasn’t about to let her think it was ok for her driver to give away 50 dollars worth of food that I never received.
At this point I am reluctant to order from them again. Don’t tell me to have my card information ready upon arrival and then change your story and tell me that the card system is down. Don’t give your customers instructions or broken promises if your not sure you can deliver. Horrible customer service!

I ordered my pizza at 6:51pm it's after 9:00 and I never received my pizza when I called in to see why I didn't receive my pizza the cashier started getting smart with me and I asked for a manager and the manager started getting smart. They both sound really young and they both could use a class on customer service! I will certainly be reporting them to the owner.
