Regarding location at 2417 Welsh Rd in Philadelphia. In all honesty, the sandwiches are delicious. However, be careful if you have food allergies. I mentioned that I have an allergy to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on my sandwich. I bought two oatmeal raisin cookies and when I went to eat them they were chocolate chip cookies. The rice pudding is good though the last several times I bought it it was more like rice pudding soup, not the consistency of rice pudding at all. As this location is close to my parents' home I thought I'd reach out to the manager, whose name was Jim. I told him that I loved the sandwiches though I was considered about allergy issues. His response, "Yeah, the cookies were mislabeled." I told him luckily I don't have an allergy to chocolate though if I did it would be a problem and that I was letting this location know so they could correct it for other customers. He quickly told me that they make the cookies there and bag them themselves. Quality control is obviously not a concern at this location. Sad, because I'll find somewhere else to go where someone cares about their customers issues and concerns. This place, not so much! He quickly said, oh well, I've got to go and as I started to speak he hung up on me. Not nice!

I go to the Welsh road location at least once a week and everything is great. Great food and awesome employees. Not so much today for the employees. I paid for my order and was waiting for it to be completed. Happened to notice the sign on the register that states your order is free if you don't get a receipt. Mentioned this to the girl working and she tells the boy that checked me out and says that I now want a free hoagie. He gives me a receipt and says they're short handed, this is their busiest day and he doesn't have time for this. I told them both that I would talk to the owner as he knew who I was. On the way out, the girl says "have a nice life ". I went back in and took their pictures. I'll still order from here but won't order over the phone anymore.
The below link didn't work.

I love sandwiches from here!! Probably one of my favorite places all time. But, but!!! Last two visits the guy who is working there just made me not want to go to this location again!! Last trip, the guy argued and was pretty nasty with one of the girls working there telling her she labeled the sandwiches wrong. He went ahead and switched it all and when I got home everything was labeled wrong. He made it a point to belittle this girl telling her that everything she did was wrong when it was right to begin with. He was WRONG!! Just was in there again today and what is he doing? Being nasty to the girls that work there again. Sorry but that don’t fly with me. I will take my business somewhere else!! No need for anyone to talk down to people!!

The Primos on Welsh Rd is terrible with orders. On two separate occasions I place an order and nothing u detail on the order is in the hoagie. It’s frustrating to go home and you not get what you paid for. I will never ever return to this store. I called and spoke to the manager. He could careless. My money is good anywhere. See ya !

As for customer experience the Welsh Rd location doesn't understand the meaning of the word. The woman behind the counter was rude and irritated with me placing my order. When I wasn't sure of the different sizes, she just pointed to the sign. I ordered what I thought was the size I wanted she said $28, that's when I said oh I'm sorry can I please have the smaller size. You would've thought I hit her with my car by the way she reacted. Needless to say I don't care how good the sandwich is, I will not be going there ever again!!

There hoagie selections are great. The rolls are so good. Hands down I will be visiting them soon...

Primos has the absolute best hoagies. They don't mince on the ingredients; the sandwiches are always stuffed to the brim. I usually get the Chicken Suprimo but tonight I got an Italian hoagie and it was great.

The bad reviews are fake news. Primo's has the best hoagies on the planet. At age 14, I worked at a high-end hoagie shop. Primo's uses the finest quality deli meats, cheeses, and other ingredients.
The staff at this location has to deal with miserly, rude, loud customers. If you are nasty to them, they will give it back to you. I am polite to them so they are always courteous to me.
As for the rolls being stale, everyone's rolls are hard several hours after they were baked. What else would you expect?
Regarding Primo's "high" prices, you get what you pay for. Then again, hoagies from Wawa and Subway cost nearly the same as Primo's yet are not even worth one tenth the price.
