Capital One Cafe

Simple coffee, tea, and snack section in the cafe. Would love to see more drink options like smoothies or lemonades. Nice place to work upstairs. There is a quieter area on the right side when you go upstairs. Noticed that people do stay at their table or spot most of the day during a weekday so it could be difficult to find a seat. Some people do take multiple seats with their bags. We should feel okay to ask for the bag's seats, especially during busy hour.

I love this place. What a find as a grad student looking for a nice spot to study. Plenty of space, tables, outlets; Good coffee; Reliable wifi— what more could I ask for. All the employees were friendly and seemed to be available if I had any questions. Love the perks for cardholder members too. Now my friends want to get capital one cards haha

I’m a cardholder and have been here multiple times to use the ATM. I appreciate that the staff checks in to see if everything’s okay! When my dog Levi gets to come with me he gets excited because they give him lots of love and treats! There was a time I was having issues with the ATM and the staff members were welcoming and patient to help solve the issue in the cafe area. I had a complimentary coffee while waiting, which was very kind of them. I don’t remember the names of the staff who were with me and my dog but a huge shoutout to them :)

Amazing staff, spacious dual level cafe with ample seating. I love that they open early in the morning, have tasty bakery offerings, and have comfortable conference rooms with enough flexible seating for up to 10 and plug and play projection screens with hdmi connectors. The groud floor blue room is slightly larger and more suitable for multimedia meetings. Meeting spaces are complimentary to non-profit entities and carry a modest charge for anyone else. Reservation is easy and online. Joe, a Cap One staffer, was gracious and very helpful.

I was in with my very elderly mom to resolve an online issue that we couldn’t take care of over the phone. Joseph saved the day! He was knowledgable, professional, kind and patient. I was so frustrated when we got there that I was ready to close both my account and my moms. But Joseph was so helpful and the vibe was so soothing and comfortable, we are staying with Capital One. We might even come back for coffee and to thank Joseph and Jessica in person. Capital One- take care of these good people. They make all the difference.

10 out 10 will be back again! Aaron and Riz just literally saved my life with some banking troubleshooting that I needed! They helped me work through my situation by going above and beyond where I wasn’t super knowledgeable on what to do to begin with! And even with it being 30 minutes to closing, they had the energy and enthusiasm about helping me as if it was bright and early in the morning! They were committed, solution focused, and had the positivity of true leaders! Their customer service was impeccable! I was already there for 3 hours prior to asking for their session, and while there I was able to utilize the facilities and it helped me with my productivity, Wi-Fi was great and the people both working and patronizing there were all peaceful and great! I’ve been here before but I am definitely inclined to make this a weekly stop! Thank you guys for making my experience so great!
