The chicken wings was good and freshly cooked. 10/10 Potato salad was pretty good But it was over powered with celery seeds. Less celery seeds.7/10
I asked for collard greens and received green beans. The greens beans was a 6 on a scale of 1-10.
So the fried whole wings are a 10 BEST IN THE CITY!!!! Potato salad is a 10!!!!! Whiting is a 7, small but good!!! Cabbage is a 5! Yams a 4, needs a little more brown sugar and butter, just a little! String beans a 5! Rolls a 4.5 just needs butter! Turkey wings and gravy a 2.5 they need to let them
Stopped by one day for lunch. Though it's not to easy to spot from a moving vehicle (in a busy area) the food is great. Seasoned well. Customer service was nice also. Would definitely return.
Just happen to find this place. Lookin for shrimp 🍤 & grits. Black owned. Not bad, I forgot to ask for cheesy grits. So I had to put a lil of my own chef expertise on it. Otherwise pretty good. Shrimp were fresh. Lost most of butter gravy in the bottom of bag. Place was clean & staff was very polit
