Went here before seeing the Book of Mormon at the academy of music and it’s good as Starbucks generally is! I recommend the java chip Frappuccinos and the chocolate chip croissants!

I love Starbucks because the service is great the Baristas are very nice and professional, also, their coffees snd teas are great too. Awesome feel to this shop. Great location off Broad Street in an epic and iconic piece of Philly history. Staff are really kind and respectful. Service was speedy and ordering was easy and accurate. I think the space is one of the better spaces I have been in with a Starbucks. Philly has some sweet venues for the Starbucks product and ambiance.

Not just another Starbucks. Great ambience, location and most importantly friendly service. I was adventurous in my order and was given the assurance that they'd be happy to get me something else if it didn't meet my expectations. This is how you enhance customer experience. The seating could be a little more spacious and comfortable. But this location is great whether you want to work, read one of their NYT or WSJ newspapers or just lounge.
