Everything we ordered was very fresh & delicious!!! The pierogies just melted in your mouth!!! I highly recommend & can’t wait to return!!!
True polish food, very well done from scratch. Highly recommend to other polish food lovers in the Philly area
We stopped here yesterday for lunch and so very happy my husband chose this place. It’s like visiting your favorite mom’s, grandmom’s or aunt’s for a visit. The food is home made and delicious! We tried a few platters which were delicious and the borscht was absolutely amazing! All of the food was delicious! We had pierogis, we had the kielbasa, the beet salad, the ground beef patties, the pork cutlet and everything was so very good. Thank you! I really enjoyed my food.
I was so excited to know I found some where that makes fresh Split pea soup. And delicious potato pancakes. A wonderful lunch. What more can you ask for. Did I mention the portions are a good size as well. And pricing was just a nice.
I was in town--I love Philly! Go EAGLES!--and it would be a crime not to visit The Dinner House and Czerw's Polish Kielbasa nearby.
I sat with a direct line of sight into the kitchen and felt that I was sitting in my mother's kitchen. As she walked over bringing my meal, my heart swelled with such appreciation to be fed by this wonderful woman.
It is such a wonderful dining experience. I could not help from also feeling saddened knowing these establishments are disappearing.
I beseech anyone who is in Port Richmond and desires authentic Polish offerings to visit these two places.
For a brief moment in time . . . I was once again eating at Moms table.
I love you, Anya.
I’m the most picky eater because I’m a cook. Just had split pea soup with bread. OMG!!! The soup you could taste the love sOoo freaking delicious AND when I opened the foil to the bread I got a surprise! A spread of love what a display. Thinking it’s just bread with a schemer of butter. Thank you so very much for a delicious lunch! ♥️

Walk through the doors and you immediately feel like you stepped into Poland.
The food was great, I highly recommend the borsch soup, pierogis, Polish sausage and the stuffed cabbage was our favorite! This is a home cooking delicious place! Don’t expect fancy or upscale, just expect good food made by a great host. Relax and enjoy.
Was in the mood for pierogis after the St. Nicholas Pierogi Festival sold out so my husband & I decided to try out the Dinner House, and boy howdy! This place is amazing! We got the barley soup (kropnik), borscht, potato pancakes, meat pierogis, mushrooms pierogis, and the strawberry pierogis. A total of 8 plates were brought to the table and initially we didn't think we could finish them all, but we did it. Not only will we be back, but we're gonna a tell all our friends too. I highly recommend stopping by if you get a hankering or a craving for traditional Polish food.
Best authentic polish food in philly. Taste just like a home-cooked meal my granny and mom would make me

Great local spot and always a good decision. I found a lot of places like this in the area. But this has a large menu, good prices and friendly service. I’ve been here several times and haven’t had a single complaint. Though I wish they’d serve a cold glass of water but you can beat a small business into submission. Lol
love it, so authentic. it’s like eating in a family
member’s house. huge portions, great prices and so flavorful. potato pancake and stuffed cabbage.
Really nice place with very good Polish food, which is, if you haven't tried it... fantastic. Very small and at lunch time the chef owner was the entire staff... Which was fine
