Chili’s Grill & Bar is always one of my favorite casual dining restaurant chain. I stopped by this location and unfortunately they were short of employees. The wait was a little long and I waited about 20 minutes to have a seat. They should hire more people because every customer doesn’t have enough patience for waiting.
I ordered one of their popular deal “3 For Me”. I chose drink, the bowl of original chili soup and cajun shrimp pasta. Everything was so delicious and very good. I ordered again and second time I chose drink, house salad and classic sirloin with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All of them were tasty and very well cooked. The service was good and I knew the waitress did her best. She was the only server in the restaurant and very nice and polite host guy helped her when he got a chance.
The restaurant was very clean including restroom. The atmosphere was ok, no complaints at all. I hope next time when I go back there, they will have enough employees.

The tall Hispanic server who served was so amazingly nice. We had 4 margaritas wings a salad with chips and guac. The ipads made it so so easy to pay loved them so easy to SPLIT THE BILL.
I always have a good time when I go there the server trinity is very nice and polite ☺️ and hands on I really enjoyed her personality 😊
Parking is hourly meter street parking. The food was good. Wish it was a bit hotter but it wasn’t cold enough to take back to the kitchen. My server was ok. They greeted us kinda funny. I don’t remember them smiling the whole time being there. I would go back again and maybe sit at the bar or get a different server.
It’s the customer service for me. We walked in and Quamir greeted us promptly, but before that I noticed he was cleaned tables and seats and making sure everything was nice and neat. This is definitely the cleanest Chili’s I’ve EVER been in, so Quamir and the teams efforts are definitely shining through. Diamond was really attentive and got our food out to us so quickly. What an all star team!
We ordered 2 “medium-rare” steaks and see below for what we received! Not even close to medium. We have been taking out food from this Chili’s at least twice a month in the last six months, used to give five stars but this time gotta give a one star for the quality for food. Our last order a month ago, a salad was missing, too. This location is very convenient for center city residents and we love most of their food, just that it’s really disappointing recently.
They were down chefs/cooks that day. Despite that, the host and staff were professional and made our experience exceptional. Thank you for delicious food and great food.
It took no time to be seated before the lunch crowd flooded in. The food never disappoints and the service was efficient. I usually take home my leftovers or have dessert - Molton lava cake with ice cream.

All thought we had to wait 15-20 and my order wasn't cooked the way I wanted it. The server had the cook to retire the order and the manager took the meal off of our bill. So that was very professional and nice of them and the meal was amazing and stayed in with my Keto/no carb diet the calorie was only 360👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤗🤗🤗
The food was amazing, and the service is top noch. The prices are great an it's a plus that the place is clean, so is the restrooms.
