If you don't like over friendly staff and want good food this is your place. Besides a small language barrier, the service was good and the food was great. The Dumplings and Peking duck was delicious and the price was good as well.
I liked the food in this place, taste very authentic and prices aren't that bad, portions are good enough for two people. I wanted to try the crispy duck but they ran out. Good service anyway.
The duck over rice was awesome and the best wonton soup I've ever tasted. A good stop in China Town.
For appetizer, the shrimp wonton soup was comforting, light and great for a cold night. I ordered the 3 Meats on Rice. The roast duck was crispy outside, tender & juicy inside. The soy chicken perfect, and the roast pork expertly seasoned. Great meal for $15.00.
Absolutely love Wong Wong's the best Duck Rolls and Roasted Duck in the city! They have a great Lunch menu that doesn't kill your wallet! They have a really good menu for dinner. A must go if you like Chinese food.
My third time here! Best duck ever. Growing up in this area with so many choices, i can say Hands Down Wong Wong has them all beat. The waitress is funny and sweet.
Some of the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. We had a variety of items: spring rolls, chicken fried rice, pepper steak, garlic chicken, chicken low mein. All was delicious. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.
I will admit the place was fairly small inside, the extensive and great tasting food make up for the lacking space and decor. We found all the portions to be large, yet still delicious. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Chinatown.
First time here! I brought my family to Philadelphia to show them around and we wandered into Chinatown and they were hungry. So we let our noses lead us and we ended up here. We had wonton soup, shrimp lo mein and shrimp fried rice. All of which was excellent. Staff was very friendly and even showed me how to use chopsticks! I'd definitely come back
A great little resturant to visit while in Chinatown, Philadelphia. Very friendly and attentive staff with farily generous portions. Flavor was pretty consistent in all dishes but not superb. Would absolutely go again, however.
Best lunch special ever. Full meal for about 7 or 8 bucks. Soup and an entree. Deliciously cooked food. I haven't had anything that I dislike yet.
Awesome food. I don't eat any other Chinese food anymore. The pancakes and suck Peking is amazing. The shrimp fried rice is a meal in itself.....
My friend from Philly said we had to go here for their soup and I was not disappointed it was very good. Make sure you finish there thought it does not taste as good reheated.
Really good. Fried rice was fresh and delicious. Lo mein, shrimp food young, pan fried dumplings... all good.
Good food. Usually always a go to for our family when we visit Chinatown if we aren't feeling anything else and just want to have a nice meal.
Every time I am in the Philadelphia area I always go to China Town and visit Wong Wongs for a bite to eat. There are many, many choices in China Town, but Wong Wongs is one of my personal favorites. Really tasty dishes. You can't mistake their resteraunt, they are the only one with whole feathered ducks hanging in the front window. FYI for out of town visitors, street parking is horrible in China Town. Your better off to go to the pay to park. Wong Wongs is only 2 blocks away!
