Manakeesh Cafe Bakery & Grill - Philadelphia - Photo album

The food is authentic, tasty, and unique. The atmosphere is middle eastern. Service is expected cause afterall good food takes time to cook. Well worth it to stop by.
I wish I could give them 6 stars. Everything was delicious. We tried the stuffed grape leaves, the beef manakeesh and the Lebanese beef plate with sides. All amazing!
Wait time is 30-40mins as they make everything fresh. High quality food but prices have gone up recently. Overall great experience!
Loved the Shawarma, the flavors were incredible. My wife didn't enjoy the ginger beef quite as much, but we both thought it a quality spot. The atmosphere is relaxing and the outdoor portion is nice. It's a little loud, but not nearly as much as other places.
A lovely place. Quiet and welcoming. Quick service with tasty treats. A couple of relentless gnats wouldn’t leave me alone, but that has nothing to do with the cleanliness of this location. Having direct access to a revolving door is the culprit.
Food was amazing. Definitely recommend trying muhammara, hummus and chicken tawook kabob. Baklava was a little too sweet for our taste. So wouldn't recommend.
July 2021: Amazing food, good service, good vegetarian options, decent ambiance. Watch your food getting prepared in this open kitchen design. No table-side service when I was there. Dining area was a bit warm, maybe because of the open kitchen. But you'll forget all that once you get your food. Did
You can get some Middle Eastern sweet but the taste is not authentic specifically baklava.
Found this place by asking the locals where I could find food that was actually “halal” and they insisted this place was. It’s a bit pricey but there aren’t many places that are actually halal so I’m going no matter what!! Food was pretty good, had grilled chicken and rice and also a chicken shawarm
The food here is delicious. When we first went there we had the grilled chicken wrap. My friends had sandwich, something like grilled chicken platter, salad and fries. We also tried the baklava. The second time we went there we had the Philly cheesesteak. To our surprise, it doesn’t come like the us
Loved the overall experience. They have a seperate section for sweet stuff. We tried beef burger, lebanese kabob, cheessteak, chicken grill (farooz), tiger fries. Orher than the Farooz, every single item was really good. The burger was just freaking perfect and was way better than the one at saads (
They have the best Manakeesh. We tried Falafel and Hummus and both were Excellent. The staffs are friendly and our orders didn’t take long to be received. Highly recommended.
