Nice rolls although a bit small for the price. Bread was toasted nicely and fillings were nicely seasoned. Felt like the seafood needed to be dried better though, there was a soggy bottom issue.

The food itself is good but the prices are a bit much for lunch. It's lobster though and good quality. The Rittenhouse location is always a lot more crowded but this one seems to never have anyone in it. I think it might have a lot to do with its location not having a lot of companies near by where

LOVED MY LOBSTER ROLL! Very casual eat-in seafood spot. Located in the heart of Center City. A little pricey for the portions but GOOD EATS for sure!

Lord, my wife loves this place. Pretty high for my tastes, but lobster isn't supposed to be cheap, right. She raves about every meal (lobster roll) she has here.
To all you people waiting in crazy long lines for your food at the place next door to this.. thank you. Thanks for not standing between me and the best seafood south of New England. Seriously the best! But now that you know, don't come on Thursdays for lunch!
