Great sausages and schnitzel... Meats are clearly their focus. Sausages are available for purchase cold to be taken home like a butcher. Sides and sauces, which can be unpleasantly wet/soggy, can tend to be served heavy-handedly with the meats slightly bringing down the stellar quality.

Josef, it’s probably because german wursts reguired mustard. And I am going back!!! Liverwurst out of this world, blootwurst is great, bratwursts are yumm! Want to try schnitzel and get more of everything! I am glad I found it.

Fast, delicious, and friendly service. Pretty close to authentic.
