First time to eat here with my husband and 3 siblings and it was awesome! The food we ordered was so delicious(hong kong style pan fried noodle, beef fried rice, general tso's chicken, 3 meat over rice, egg drop soup, salty squid?, and more)... We will definitely come back here with the entire family. And also the staff were very helpful and friendly

Edit: 11/26/2023 Came here for the duck (of course), but on a whim, The Missus (bless 'er) decided to order a pound and a half of the BBQ ribs that were hanging in the window. Why, oh Lord, why had we not ordered these flavorful meat bombs before? An omission we will not make again. Highly recommended. This is our go-to for to-go roast duck and ribs. No nonsense, no frills, just chop up the bird, pop it into the container and away we go! The Missus (bless 'er) and I cannot wait until we sit at one of the three tables they have and try as many items as we can manage from their menu. There are other roast duck restaurants, but they never seem to sell out. M Kee does, so get there early and get your bird! Four stars for the flavors! A 'before' photo seldom tells a complete story about food. The attached 'after' photo should remedy that!

Visited M Kee with some family for a new year dinner. We were very impressed by their pricing and offerings. Quality of all the dishes were quite good and authentic to Chinese tastes at the table. Salt and pepper pork chops, roast duck, roast pork, chicken, beef cilantro soup, pan fried noodles, fried fish with Chinese gourd, and snow pea sprouts was most of what we ordered. We were really stuffed and enjoyed everything! I will say the servers were so friendly and attentive which is not always the case at Chinese restaurants. They even brought over clean plates for a dessert we had brought into the restaurant. Just very nice staff which really made the experience even more enjoyable.

Probably one of my favorite places to go whenever I need a quick meal or when I don’t feel like cooking. I love their duck and roast pork.

I really enjoyed the food and the hospitality at this restaurant. There are many tables and chairs for you to choose where you wanna be seated. They also have a big restroom inside. However, don't order too much because you gonna get a lot of food hahaha I was so surprised how much food they served. I couldn't finish what I ordered although they were so delicious. Don't forget to try this restaurant while you are in Philly!

My go-to casual Cantonese food place. Their scallion chicken and roast duck are very authentic, reminding me the trip to Guangzhou. Wanton and beef is great for lunch. The almost creamy porridge is also authentic. I can image it must have been simmered in the pot for a long time, since it absorbed the diverse taste of ingredients inside.

The food is amazing, great prices, although cash only. Saw lots of comments about not having great service. Every time I have gone in, I was treated with respect albeit some of the waitresses appeared shy perhaps because of language challenges. Still received wonderful service, even was invited to stay and hang out when a intense rainstorm hit.

Just like any other Chinese place. Great food. Nice simple vibes, fast service. Plus they serve you Chinese Tea and it's very healthy and delicious.

Well executed beef chow fun, hints of smoke (not in a burnt way), balanced proportions of green onions and bean sprouts, noodles well separated. I walked up to the door to order, they are also taking orders online via WeChat and bringing all orders to customers outside.

Randomly found this place during a business trip to Philly. So happy to have come here! Legit cantonese bbq platter with rice! As good as you can get in a local restaurant in Hong Kong. Cash only no credit cards!

A destination and point of interest for Chinese food in Philadelphia's China Town. Best Peking Du anywhere. Go there every chance I get.
