Always the best place for bubble tea and the fried chicken.

Bubble tea selection is great. Takoyaki is very tasty, the only downside is that they may run out of ingredients early, and it does take time for food items to be prepared.
The location is a little dark inside, and it gets very busy around lunchtime.

Great spot with SO MANY OPTIONS. I got a coffee tea and it was fantastic. Def would get it again. And ask them for a recommendation because they know their stuff.

Kung Fu Tea does make good bubble tea like most bubble tea places, I like that they asked for how much sugar or if I want ice. Not all bubble tea places ask those questions.

Good place to hang out and get bubble milk tea! One thing I'd change is the dining area at the back needs more lights and/or decor to brighten up the atmosphere! Also please add Google Pay!

Kung Fu Tea is no doubt one of the best bubble tea chains anywhere. I love the matcha and rosehip options, and the WOW! Milk tea is the absolute best. Great seating options and lively atmosphere.
