Sotto Ristorante Italiano - Philadelphia - Photo album

Was an excellent moderate priced Italian restraunt. A little had to find as it is downstairs from the walnut street bridge on 24th street. We walked there from University of Pennsylvania. Got a papperdele, with ragu and the ragu was great very meaty. Also ordered the salad and was stuffed. It i
Amazing Italian Restaurant Wonderful staff Try the Grilled Artichokes Pizza Allergria Fettuccine Alfredo Lemon šŸ‹ Cake šŸ°šŸ˜‹
Best BYOB Italian in the city! Private, cozy neighborhood vibe. Beautiful cork designs cover the walls. The staff is spectacular, menu is elegant, classic and simply delicious! Bellissimo!
Small and so casual, but tight, especially when people are waiting to eat. We had the carpaccio appetizer, which was nice and lemony with shallots and capers, and the buffalo mozzarella with excellent roasted zucchini. The ravioli with bolognese sauce was really good, as was the chocolate mousse. E
Sotto is amazing!! We moved to Philly from CT and this is our favorite spot!! Daniel is absolutely incredible, he works so hard and always gives us an elaborate description of the many specials. The food is always delicious and delivered so quickly. Tonight the restaurant was packed and only Daniel

This small BYOB restaurant was a great find. The menu has a variety of Italian dishes, and there were a few specials to choose from. The food was fresh and delicious. I had linguine with shrimp and a white wine sauce, and my co-worker had ravioli with meat sauce. Both were outstanding and portions w
I don't like when places close kitchen before indicated time to close store, but I guess that it is a City / MOM & POP thing I must be more liberal about. I ordered seafood mix that came with pasta and blush sauce for $19. Would like to see more colors in my meal. Maybe a complimentary small salad
Had the bowtie pasta with with vodka sauce and prosciutto. Excellent! Also had the house salad. Very good!
A lovely little BYOB place almost tucked away under the bridge. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was very good, we quite enjoyed the three meals we got. Of the two desserts we split, the Hazelnut/chocolate ice cream was excellent, but we thought the Lemon tart could have been tarter.
It is a small cozy place with a very pleasant staff. The food was very good. I finally got my espresso served properly: in a hot cup. Pizza was very tasty as well as grilled octopus. Thank you, Sotto! Will be back.
Tried Sotto for the first time this past weekend and they did not disappoint! I had no idea about this restaurant, but I will definitely be returning. I got the bowtie delizie. I was a bit upset at first by the amount of scallops that were in there, looked like basically one scallop, just sliced up,
Convenient location from UPenn, nice interior decor, good food.
The food was absolutely amazing! Had the pesto gnocchi and was blown away. Small and cozy. Service was outstanding! Friendly service takes this restaurant to the next level. Coming back for sure!
This place is unbelievable! The food is chefs kiss, and the waitstaff is so good. Daniel is the hardest working waiter I’ve met, he waits on the entire restaurant and you couldn’t tell because the service is timely. I couldn’t recommend it more.
