Employees (95% of them at least) are friendly. I've been going to this branch for quite some time now and never really had an issue. They've always addressed it quick and efficiently if anything.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to grab a delicious hot cup of coffee or a chocolaty frappe! I am huge fan of their Java Chip Frappe and Matcha Green Tea Latte!

This Starbucks is better because: Compared to all the other S-b's in the area (and there are many), you can find a seat and enjoy your favorite brew with friends. Because of the extra seating in the lobby of the Hotel.
Great location for just enjoying your purchase and sitting. There is a separate space to read do some computer work, etc., out of the way of foot traffic. Love it.
loved this starbucks... ... it was clean and reminded me of home because the atmosphere, the workers were always smiling. And yes I had the unicorn frap. and the workers were more than happy to make it for me... -thanks guys
Starbucks is good but the Pumpkin spice latte is not!!!
The workers were all very friendly, had great customer service skills and got the drinks made in a timely fashion.
