Whenever we are in town, Ocean Harbor is our go-to place for authentic Asian Cuisine. The food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and polite. We ordered our usual salt, pepper calamari and pork chop, beef and broccli pan fried noodles, flounder and bean curd in a hot casserole, and curry chicken. They are all delicious and tasty. We highly recommend this place if you're ever in Philadelphia Chinatown.
My go to dim sum spot back when I lived in Philly. Authentic and has some quality taste to it, similar to the spots I've gone to in NYC.
If you are new to dim sum, might be hard to know what to order over here, so best to grab someone familiar with it.
Definitely a 5-star dim sum establishment. Everything was top notch and as good as it gets, with all the standard dim sum staples you would expect. The congee was one of my favorites. Interior was clean and the service and carts were all stocked and fresh. Price was very good as well. I'd definitely come back here next time I'm in Philly.
No reservations so have to wait until our table is ready( we were 8 ) but Very convenient after have a seat. Always Dimsum or some meal cart coming around tables often so take them and kids or adults can start to eat right away. No need to wait.
My friends recommend this Dimsum restaurant. We liked and will back.
If you share with some peoplemany kind of food you can try to eat.
Excellent dim sum service with plenty of options and fast service. We tried many dishes including different beef, shrimp, and veggie plates. We only had to wait a few minutes before being seated and we were able to feed a table of four for about $80.
Haven’t been here for a long time but I went here for dinner on a Friday night - the server were all amazing and very attentive! The server will explain everything on the menu for me to have a visionary of what I am planning to order, how many people the dish will serve, and also be as flexible as possible to cater to my wants and needs. I appreciate the whole dining experience and will look forward to more dinner here in the future! ❤️❤️❤️
I went there with my philly family and we really enjoyed it. Dim sum is a lunch thing that ends at 3pm so we ordered off the full menu. The fried rice and chow Meir were spot on. The dumplings were all solid and unique. Great shrimp dumplings. Fresh, delicate and really packed with flavor. The kids loved the wonton soup (and everything else) the adults grooved on the flounder fried with leeks, ginger, garlic, and chinese broccoli. Well worth the easy going check. Sure the decor is dated circa 1985 but the service is solid. Real good.
Popular Chinatown dim sum.. family and friends meat up for meal together .
Average about $20. Per person, kitchen rolls out the better choices after all the traditional items been circulate. Recommend highly.
5 stars for their Shu Mai, which is what I primarily come for, it has always been amazing, they are larger than other places, consistent with balanced flavors bursting with pork/mushroom/shrimpy goodness.
Everything else is pretty good and as expected of any decent dim sum restaurant.
They were pretty slow but it meant we got food pretty quickly. Their chicken feet were very flavorful. The rest of the dim sum was pretty average.
