Hands down one of the best diners in the area and one of my favorite places to eat in the city. The service is stellar, the food is delicious, the prices are pocket friendly, and I can't recommend this place enough!
I recommend the dinner specials, specifically the Maryland crab cakes. They are massive and delicious.

Philly cheesesteak 100 the service was excellent. Service was superior, super nice very friendly. The food was excellent and yes, yes Philly steak and cheese with my Thanksgiving dinner. I will be trying to get back over there again. I am in the city for four days on business.

I stopped here after seeing Rocky's steps and statue. Food is great, atmosphere is quite different from New York or Washington.

My family of 5 stopped here for dinner after driving in from Toledo, OH. Blown away by food, service, and just overall friendliness of not only the staff but the regular patrons. Had a cheese steak and it was great. Stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

Margaret was my waiter and she was amazinggggg 10/10 !! I visited with my boyfriend to Philadelphia and she made me feel at home right away (: . I ordered the skirt steak and it came with a salad, a soup, and two veggies (French fries count! And I ordered that!). All of the sides come with every entree which makes our meal so affordable and the most bang for my buck. The food was amazing and it came out very quickly. I’ll definitely come here again.

So much one could say about this long running establishment, and their menu is even longer than all that can be said. I mean, they have every thing on the menu, plus all day breakfast. They have great home fries, and friendly staff. If you want a classic Philly diner, go check it out. The staff is super awesome too, as it Little Pete, his brother, and their families. Just a great establishment.
Try the chicken cheesesteak with fried onions and hot peppers on the side. It is not as good as John's Roasted Pork, but it is a very, very, very good chicken cheesesteak. Enjoy!
Giving it an overall 4 stars, but it is a very sold 4 stars!
