Decided to walk up to Crime and Punishment on a humid end of Summer Saturday. The interior was relaxed and inviting, and service great overall. We grabbed a seat and were treated to several delicious beers and surprisingly good pierogis. Would definitely come back next time we're in the area!
A nice brewery where you can find several local draft beers. They change beers regularly and the barman will give you wise advice to help you choose the beer you'll like. I definitely recommend this small pub if you want to spend good time with friends over a beer.
Crime and Punishment is a great local brewery. It has a really nice neighborhood feel. Probably the best brewery in Philly. (We tried 2nd story, yards, fishtown brewery and 2nd district. Nothing exciting.) Crime and Punishment Brew has some really good stuff at the very reasonable price.
