Very accommodating from the street entrance; tour around the bar; cozy seating in and beyond the dining room then into the back booth seating area where I landed. This restaurant is attached to the Warwick Hotel Philadelphia and has a good symbiotic relationship. I am welcome and there are many things on the menu I can eat on a limited diet. Beets with yogurt, roasted vegetables with cheese and wheat free flatbread. The staff is kind and thoughtful to patrons needs and will accommodate them. This is a good place to eat. #LetsGuide Mediterranean Bar & Kitchen the food savvy friendly folks! [Proximity to another business is interfering with Google Map navigation for this listing _ I have rewritten this text several times. Hopefully it takes…,]
I will be back, Thanks for having me. Brenda

Spice is a Mid Century Modern styled Mediterranean restaurant that includes a menu of high quality food options. The atmosphere is very comforting. Somewhat dimly lit with lots of wood accents that inspire a soft and romantic mood. They have the ability to acommodate both small and large parties. We came with a group of 8 people and the large bench seat + table setup did not have us feeling cramped at all.
The food was all very high quality. They have a variety of dishes that include seafood options and chicken laden with spices. The portion size was not very large, but they also were not small. It leaves just enough room for dessert.
Expect to spend about $50-60 per person for a drink and an Entree. The prices are on the high side compared to comparable Mediterranean places. The service was a little slow to take out intitial order, but quick and courteous for the duration of dining.

An incredible, flavorful array of Mediterranean food that's done with effortless presentation and meticulous attention to detail. Their tasting menu is perfect for a date night!

Great Tapas experience with a easy going vibe. Lots to share with friends/family. Very nice but limited wine list. Delicious cocktails I tried the Precious Flower, with nice mezcal smoky notes to go with the Mezza and Small Plates offerings. Our favorites were the Baked Cheese, Scallops, Chicken Kabobs, and Duck Wings. It's all about various flavor profiles here. Absolutely enjoyable experience with attentive staff. Definitely will be back again.

The ambience was fantastic. Went here for a team dinner with my colleagues. The food was great too. I would definitely go back here for more.

We went for Valentines Day, albeit a couple days later. Really enjoyed this restaurant. I was a bit worried that maybe it had an overhyped but I was wrong. We got there and everyone was friendly and helpful, loved the look, it gives off the Mediterranean vibe they are going for. We had blistered shisito peppers (love them, any where I see them I ordered them), very good with the harissa. The helloumi gem salad was good although a bit overdressed. Loved the Turkish tuna. The Nwassar pasta not sure what that means but super tasty, loved the deep mushroom flavor. Bread was charred how it should be. Drinks were well crafted. Worth a trip.

We had the whole fish and mushrooms Nwassar pasta to share. Both of them are excellent! They took the fishbone out and stuffed slides of lemon inside, which makes the fish tasted really good. The mushroom pasta here isn't those traditional one people usually have in the Italian restaurant. It's modern mushroom pasta! Really flavour. The dining experience with the internal design is very enjoyable.

Great experience. Tasty happy hour. Congenial staff. Could you ask for anything more? I'll be back! It's fine dining so it's not a regular water hole that the average Joe will hang out.

Came with a large group for brunch. Was fairly empty, but may have been due to it being a holiday. The service was great! Good food and drinks.

This is definitely a relaxing place to enjoy creative and delicious small plates. Their dishes provide many different combination/dressing/seasonings so it's fun. They are very colorful too. Do let the waiters explain to you on their dishes, and take a minute to appreciate their wallpaper. I love their "blistered shishito peppers" and many other dishes. This is a place I definitely want to come back.

We have been wanting to try Spice Finch for a while, and it did not disappoint! The ambience of this restaurant was very relaxed, food was delicious, and the service was great. We came here for restaurant week, and I highly recommend Spice Finch because you get to try the dips, and 3 courses for $40. You get to try a bunch of different items from their menu for a very reasonable price. I enjoyed every bite at Spice Finch, and I will definitely be back to try the cauliflower and the fries and fatoosh !!!
We had the Mezze for starters then we had , tabouleh, chickpea fritters, shakshuka, chicken kabob, tahini brownie , and truffle dates. The perfect date night spot in the heart of the city :)

I came twice for restaurant week because I loved it so much the first time! Across the two times I was able to try the blistered peppers, the trio of spreads, chickpea wedges, the whole fish, and the chili chicken kebab. The whole fish and chickpea wedges are spectacular.
It’s a little expensive for the type of food but I’ll probably still be back so I can try the eggplant and cauliflower dishes. The variety of food does make it a good place to come when your group has different dietary restrictions!

A very nice place to go with family and friends. It is good to go with a group who likes to share the items ordered. Being a place of small to large plates you want to taste the different dishes. The lamb ribs and chicken skewer are two must items to try. The spinach kishi is like the Greek spinach pie but better. The trio of dips is a nice item for the table (order extra bread). Servers very helpful with questions.

Seated for brunch outdoors - food was good, nothing extraordinary. Service was slow and muddled, felt like we didn’t see our server for 15 minutes at a time.
Food is all intended to be shared but it is pricey for how much you need to order to have a fulfilling meal. Cauliflower, baba and fries are good apps. Merguez kebab is flavorful as well. Tahini brownie is a must get dessert. Did not try any drinks

We were soooooo hungry upon arrival, and Nicki, our waitress, made sure we got our food in a hurry. Chickpea wedges were 😋😋😋 We had the duck wings, Fattoush and trio of spreads. The bread was sooooo good and fresh. They also offer mocktails. We had the Tradewinds and French 37.5. DEFINITELY going back.

Top notch service and very relaxing environment. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the grape leaves and the croquettes. Every dish had a unique blend of flavors and fresh herbs! I will be back very soon!

So excited that Jen's food is coming to Philly!

Was excited to visit Jen Carroll's latest venture. The service was wonderful and the ambience lovely. Jen was in the kitchen, sending forth her latest visions in Mediterranean cuisine. Our particular favorites included the the date truffle appetizer and the date braised lamb shank. Jen sure knows her way around a date. We also enjoyed the hanger steak small plate. Check it out!
