We ordered two burgers : ShackBurger and Shack Stack with spicy cheese fries ( Cheese sauce on sides). The fries were the best but the burgers didn’t disappoint us as well. The service was okay. The food was relatively quick. The place wasn't very crowded though it was kind of late, around 10 PM.

Plenty of seating and self-serve water. Easy ordering process using the provided machines and then they brought our food to our table. You bus your own table when you're done. The chocolate shake was great and I appreciate that they have a good vegetarian option for burgers. It's kinda pricey though
Nakia was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about how to resolve my issue with entering the promo code for my order. Nakia went out of their way to make sure that I felt seen as a customer. The service I received was impressive. Thank you!
Went back to try this location again and had a beef burger instead - it was delicious and my experience was very different from my previous review. I think the beef is probably better than the chicken at Shake Shack so perhaps stick to that. Happy to upgrade my review to a 4 :)

1 star was deducted for how much burger you get for the price is low. Definitely recommend 2 burgers if you are hungry.
Fries with cheese is a great value and delicious.
Burgers and fries at this location are solid. While they are known for their shakes, I enjoy a cold beer most visits. That said, I’ve had their strawberry shake, and it’s delicious as well. Service is also good. The restaurant is clean and comfortable.
I've always had a great experience at this shake shack. I enjoy the area that it's located. The service is exactly what you would expect. The food is good for a burger joint. I always liked the vibe shake shacks had as well. I would definitely recommend especially for a hangover cure!

Let me start by saying the only reason I’m deducting a star is because on multiple occasions I popped in and placed an order and waited for 30+mins. The staff is friendly but seem to have one speed and don’t seem to be cross trained to assist each other.

This is a good place to stop by if you're hungry. The meal was good. It is high in sodium so if you prefer low sodium, this isnt for you. The place was small but spacious enough to walk by without bumping. Got my order fairly quickly. The customer service though.....
Wow Fries Burgers, custard, and Shakes can I say more. Yes i can, its got a great atmosphere with a awesome corner seating area. Biggest plus they have gluten free burgers with buns and all with fries omg!!!! My favorite new burger and custard restaurant

Everything was delish! The tech updates are cool. I can order and wait for a text to let me know my order has been completed. Staff are respectful, though they can be unprofessional when communicating amongst themselves while in the eye and ear range of customers.
