Best Japanese cuisine inside of Philadelphia period, no other place can compete with this place. My go to is always the karagae curry udon ramen, it’s amazing. Their Japanese curry is amazing in general, also the karagae(Japanese fried chicken) tastes authentic, their tiny curry bowls are perfect fo
Came here on Friday at 2 p and there was still a wait-list of 20 min. The ramen was delicious. Order their terakawa ramen, there's a reason why it's named after the restaurant. The broth was rich and creamy but not salty, very filling.
I just moved to Philly and I thought it will be hard to find a great Ramen 🍜 restaurant but I was wrong. This place has a great ramen 🍜.
I like the place - service and atmosphere.
It gets very busy but moves very fast..
Ramon flavor was on point !!
Went three nights in a row to try to get in as they consistently have at least an hour wait on weekend nights and finally got in by the third night. Sunday at 530pm as a solo diner and I waited less than 15 mins. Got the signature Terakawa ramen: great flavourful broth, perfect noodles, and the por
Easily the best ramen and udon we have ever had. Such a wonderful blend of flavor and authentic noodle dishes. Our family will definitely be coming back for new flavors and experiences as well as bringing others to this awesome place in Philly!! Also FYI, for the on table condiments. The silver meta
Tasty food and great customer service! My friend and I came here lunch on a Saturday afternoon and left satisfied. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and portioned well. The service was also speedy and the staff was very friendly. It was a bit too much in the beginning (3 different people asked u
Very friendly and attentive. Waiters are patient and consistently refills water. The menu was easy to understand and easily accessible. I had the Shoyu ramen and Gyoza dumplings as an appetizer. It came pretty fast. It was very fresh and hot, Also the green tea is very refreshing.
We all loved the signature ramen but the shoyu ramen with chicken was just ok. We also enjoyed the potato croquettes. Expect a wait, especially on the weekend. They only have stools, so not great for people with delicate backs. I wish they had one more veg option for ramen on the menu, but they were
If you’re looking for a good ramen restaurant in Philly, look no further. Walking distance from the Convention Center, Terakawa Ramen is the spot to satisfy your ramen cravings. This was my first time trying a ramen restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed. The location is small and cozy but I can see t
Great food. Came here for the first time this past Tuesday for lunch and it was amazing. It seemed pretty small so I would think having a large party would be difficult to get seated. Other than that the service was fast and we ordered the Terakawa ramen and it was very flavorful. Highly recommended
One of the best bowls of Tonkotsu I've had outside of Japan. Rich and creamy, with a depth of flavor that builds throughout the bowl and lingers in your mouth long after you finish. 10/10 would eat again.
The food here was pretty good. We ordered Charshu Onigiri appetizer, Terakawa Ramen and Karaage Curry Udon. The onigiri has a bit of pork mixed into the rice. The texture was a bit weird, it was really mushy compared to other onigiri I have had. TheTerakawa ramen was pretty good but a bit salty. Th
Ordered Miso Veg Ramen which is ok, chicken bun which is very dry and tastes ok and shrimp tempura which is good. The place is always busy and small compared to other Ramen restaurants. Overall it was okay.
Fantastic service and very friendly staff. High quality ramen dishes are guaranteed.
Ordered two of the Charshu Onigiri (roast pork rice balls) and they were fantastic. I’d recommend one per person. I ordered the Charshu Don and my partner ordered the Miso Ramen (with spice added). We were both fans of our dishes. The service was fast and helpful. We will be returning.
Really yummy place for your various noodle needs! We were visiting from out of town and picked this place out as one of our dinner spots. We loved it! Quick, friendly service from the staff and delicious food, decent options for vegetarians. We got udon and ramen and thoroughly enjoyed both. Big bow
This my first time came to this terakawa ramen restaurant. It’s a very nice place to sit down friendly employees, however the prices a little too high for just only two items I ate. Overall I love pork katsu don they’re so delicious!
