The food and service were fantastic as was the atmosphere. We had one minor issue, and the owner Aimee took care of it immediately. I was super impressed that the actual owner stepped in right away. I will definitely return at some point soon!

Awesome customer service. Amazingly crafted food, very farm fresh and delicious. The drinks are also tasty and well curated. We ordered the roasted chicken and gnocchi, crispy branzino, the black angus steak strips, and the crispy fried and smashed potatoes. So well seasoned and delicious pairing of flavors. We were stuffed and totally satisfied. 10/10 experience! I’m coming back asap.

I had some fam in town and we decided to check out Talula’s Garden. The entire experience was great.
We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait about ten minutes. We were sat outside, even though it was about 50 degrees the heaters keep you warm. This restaurant is very upscale. Definitely a place for a fancy date.
Our server Angela really did an amazing job describing the menu and hyping the place up. We were surprised that the food only took about 15 minutes to come out.
We tried:
Lamb
Ravioli
Chicken & Gnocchis
Strip Steak
Meatballs
Brussels Sprouts
Cheddar Biscuits
For dessert we had these apple donut things
Literally everything was amazing. The Ravioli’s flavor was out of this world, the spinach inside was super fresh. The Chicken was tender and juicy. My strip steak was great, we all loved the accompanying garlic aioli sauce that comes with it and the potatoes. I always try meatballs if they’re on the menu and these did not disappoint. I didn’t get to try the lamb pappardelle but my cousin said this was also great. The cheddar biscuits are like an upscale version of the cheddar biscuits red lobster does, it tastes like the not heavily processed version. It’s not as salty / sweet. They are drier than those if that’s what you’re expecting, it’s not bad, I liked it, but definitely different. Bruh for dessert they had these cinnamon apple donut things, I’m mad I only got one… these things were heavenly.
Each portion was really good. It always bothers me going to an upscale place and the quantity is lacking, not here!!!
This is one of the best restaurants I’ve tried so far in Philly.

Easily the best meal I have had in Philly. I have been back 3 times in 6 weeks, and each meal is exquisite. Get the cheese plate to start, it is magical. The chicken and gnocchi is the best chicken dish I have had in at least 10 years. The steak is great, the pork belly is cooked to perfection. I can't wait for my next visit in a couple of weeks.
Yet another amazing exciting. Gianluca was exceptional as always. The food never ceases to amaze me. From the must have cheese plate, to the thoughtful starters, entrees and sides, to the decadent and save-room-for desserts, you will not be disappointed. The subtle but seasonal changes they make to the menu are appreciated. Old favorites become new favorites.

Cool place. We say outside which was nice and peaceful. Great service knowledge staff.
We ordered spicy margaritas, meatballs, tuna tartare, and bread. All were great. Small tuna portion tho. Good fresh herbs .
I got the shrimp and scallops and couldn't finish it all.
We got cucumber and the beets for sides, both great.

Atmosphere: 1/1: clean, nice/shaded garden outside area and large indoor area with dimmed lights
Service: 1/1: staff was very nice, welcoming and very attentive
Price: 1/1: Prices are average to a little expensive
Food: 2/2: Don’t think twice and come eat here. Their mushroom soup is now my favorite soup ever. Their scallops/shrimp with Risotto is very tasty. So were the beets and the corn creme brûlée (although both of these are an acquired taste; so only order if you like these vegetables). The expresso martini was very well made.
Overall: 5/5: If you got a date, celebrating a special occasion, or just want to splurge your taste buds then definitely check out Talula’s Garden.

Came here with a reservation for an after graduation celebration. Food was excellent whereas the service was mediocre. The atmosphere here is amazing with high ceiling and beautiful outdoor seating.
To start the hush puppies came out and they were fantastic. The old bay really brought the dish together. The steak (sous-vide) was also a hit. It was super tender and soft. The die of potatoes was huge! I loved them as well. A super unique take on a potato side dish. Scallop and shrimp risotto was cooked fantastically. So much flavor. Ramp soup was also great. And the meatballs were amazing, some of the best my table has had. Unfortunately the live pate was not great. Lacked flavor.
I’m taking a star off because of the service. It was a busy weekend, but this is just my experience. We had a reservation at 6, and came in on time, but we still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated while there was open tables. No one likes standing around waiting for a table to be ready. Especially when the restaurant is packed and people and constantly walking by you. It wasn’t till a host asked us again for our name on the reservation that we got seated.

Been dying to go here and finally went with friends. The food was interesting and delicious. They do a great job of adding flavors and mixing herbs and other things into each dish. The crostini for the spinach dip were a bit stale and the biscuits were a bit dry. Both were still tasty with the dip and the special butter added.
Excited to come back soon.
One quirk is that we were asked to order appetizers and our meals at the same time. I don’t think I’ve heard this before but it does make sense for optimal kitchen use.
The decor can best be described as the real hobby lobby or home goods. Authentic rustic country with some modern bohemian vibes.
The bathrooms are great too, individual unisex stalls with a shared sink area. A tight squeeze inside so I am unsure of accessibility.

Stopped here for brunch and enjoyed the cute atmosphere and amazing service. Some of our dishes arrived cold and did not match the description of them on the menu. The shrimp and grits sauce was incredible and our food came out quickly.

Came here for brunch and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone has raved about this place, so I’m glad I finally had the opportunity to experience it for myself, and I will definitely return for dinner. Had the shrimp and grits and ricotta pancakes (the winner of brunch!) and the fresh juice. I’m told the local breakfast and BLT were also amazing. Didn’t realize how busy they get on Sunday’s, so I’ll give the servers some grace. I loved the interior—the high ceilings and the farm-style decor. Will definitely return!
