Agree with all the other reviews…everyone is super rude here. Girl at the drive thru handed me back my card after getting our drinks and just closed the window. No greeting, bye thank you, not even a receipt. Cold brew was good though.
Every time I go to Dunkin the employees are so rude. The coffee and donuts are fine, but the customer service is horrible. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But this Dunkin just can't get their stuff together. Either their oven is "broken", or their ice machine is "broken", or they have no donuts, or they have no coffee. They "can't make any food items" or they can't make blended drinks. I don't understand
Come here everyday and as I walk in there is one lady not sure what her name is but she always has my coffee ready for me and it is perfect every time.. Today I went there and my coffee was ready as usual it seemed like it was extra delicious today it must’ve been made with more love today..
This Dunkin is embarrassing for this chain. A few times we have came around 3:00 in the afternoon, and they are “out of coffee”. The food, coffee, and wait has been terrible.
