Church's Chicken

I ordered a large or family side of mashed potatoes but instead I got two scoops. Not what I paid for but we were already home and just wanted to eat dinner already. One of my pet peeves when food establishments do this. You pay for one thing but get the size below it and really don’t want to make a big deal. But when it consistently happens I just have to share my feedback.

Ordered a family meal through Churches app, the cashier at the drive thru surprised asked "Churches app?" Apparently he was not aware Churches had an app. I was asked to show them my order on my phone so they could get it ready....not acceptable! Once at home ready to serve the mac & cheese to my kids, disappointed i found out we were given a half eaten cup of mac & cheese. Tried calling the place and after multiple calls, I was not able to speak with anyone.
