Placed an order on the app, arrived and checked in. Recieved my order in a timely manner with excellent customer service and my order was correct.

The food and service is horrible. The owner and manger should be ashamed for the poor quality being served to customers. Avoid this location. We figured we would give it another chance to see if they have improved but that was my mistake!! Make the extra drive to stonehill and go to whataburger or in and out! This location should be closed down permanently!

I really like cream in sonic. It is so convenient. You just stay in your car then order and have staff bring food for you. Special in cold weather!

Everything you would expect from a Sonic. Two mini blasts for my mini me and little man. Perfect treat for being such good sports and so patient during all the errands and repair stops the last week or two.
We tried the drive through for the first time - I DO NOT recommend you go through the drive through if you are using a credit card. First of all, they have to come out and take your card inside to run it. Secondly, when she came back there was no place on the receipt to add a tip. The young lady said they were only allowed to accept cash tips, not on credit cards. I have never come across that before. I never carry cash, so I left there feeling terrible that I wasn't able to tip my carhop.
I love Sonic, but I probably won't come back unless someone in the car is carrying cash.

I had a medium Cherry Slush and a medium Strawberry Cheesecake Blast. They were very good as usual and because I used the app, they were 1/2 price. I enjoyed them very much, but the Strawberry Cheesecake had M & M's mixed in, but they were not mixed well, most of them were at the bottom. That is my only gripe with the order.

I put in a sonic order at 9:20PM on the mobile app. I went to pick up my order and arrived a couple minutes later. Waited and waited for someone to come out. Next thing I know the lights are turned off. A minute later it says someone is coming with my order. No one comes. I click the red button to ask where it is and they inform me that they closed at 9 and they couldn’t do anything for me. I needed to contact customer service to get my money back. It says they close at midnight not 9PM. I’m seriously upset they couldn’t even get me a drink before they closed up early.

I'd heard from friends that the service wasn't very good here. After repeating my order 4 times for clarity, it still came out completely wrong. The runner was super nice, but it took like 30 minutes.
