This easy to access midtown location is great, the line (which is usually long) moves along rather quickly...with a 30 min lunch break I can't afford to loose my precious moments in a line waiting.

I got yelled at and cursed because I asked for extra cream in a separate cup. Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I've been calling to complain and nobody answers the phone. Unacceptable behavior. I will not go there never again!
