Arby's

We stopped for a quick dinner pick up before we continued traveling. The person who actually took our order was great and you could tell she was busting her behind to get things together. The rest of the crew not so much. What should have been a quick in and out ended up taking 20 minutes, though there was only one other person in the store.

This is the absolute worst Arby’s. Employees at night leave all the lights off so people think the store is closed. I ordered chicken strips and they were discolored, almost black and as hard as rocks, fries are always old and hard, chicken on the sliders is hard, and the beef on my husband’s sandwich was super dry. It’s not like this was just a random, bad day for this location…my last 3 orders on different days, different times of the day have all been the same. In addition to subpar food, staff here are also extremely rude and treat customers like an annoyance.

The place is clean and average speed of getting orders ready. The woman who was working in the front who seemed to be nanager seemingly posses great management skills. Had everyone working in sync, no horseplay by the employees and her communication was professional and stern. This arbys is great and should be really thankful they have aquired whoever the woman was.....on April 26, 2022 6:20pm

It would be nice if yall were actually open the hours you have posted. Multiple times now I've tried to go to both of the locations in perrysburg and they're always closed more than an hour before the times you have listed. And no one answers the phone at either location to actually tell me if they're open or not.

This Arbys has gone very downhill in the past few months. The workers, managers and higher managers are extremely incompetent and very rude. I went through a few hours ago, finally got my food after waiting a fairly good amount of time. Overall, this Arbys is just not what it used to be, if it’s not them closing early, or having absolutely nothing, it’s the workers being extremely rude and lazy. Please fix your management!

We got half an order of fries and a ton of ice an very little drink. We were lied to by the manager and left seating waiting on fries We never got. The general manager was rude about where we seat an when we pulled up they ignored us never we brought the order of fries...never been treated so poorly at Arby's anywhere than the Perrysburg location on 25 beside McDonalds
