Review Casale Di Maggio - Perkasie

This is a fantastic albeit small Italian restaurant. The menu has great variety and the staff is friendly. Our antipasto had a wonderful mix of meats, olives, cheeses and vegetables. Perfect for two. I enjoyed the pancetta (wish the bacon was a little crispier) and my wife's lemon chicken was out of this world.

After a bit of a rough start with being seated 30 minutes after our reservation time (which had more to do with diners just not leaving), our meal and waitress were delightful! We were waiting for an outside table but were given the option of sitting inside if we wanted...Delicious food, nice size portions, and the server was a sweetheart. This is close to where we just moved, I have a feeling it will be our new favorite.

Very yummy! Staff was super nice and food was really good! Love the BYOB. Would go back for sure. French fries were on point, the sauce that the clams were sitting in was delicious, we asked for bread to dip in it. Great portions. And dessert was fantastic

Very good Sicilian style Italian. Would definitely return, but this time my Stromboli had burned crust. Also, in the dine outside area our server, who was nice and attentive, never put the white sheet of paper over the somewhat grungy, cloth tablecloth. Maybe she was new. We took home a piece of cheesecake which the owners mother makes. My wife says it's the best she ever had.

The waiter we had must have been fairly new and wasn't sure of what some of the menu items were and when to serve them. We actually had our appetizer arrive after our main entrees were placed at our table. Everything was good, but it's not a place that I would drive out of my way to go to.

Our family of 5 had lunch here a few weeks ago. We had the fried calamari, fried mozzarella and mussels in white sauce as appetizers. The mussels were the best I have ever had!! They were amazing. The fried calamari was just ok - they were rubbery. The mozzarella was good. Everyone ordered the pizza except for me. I had the antipasto salad. Everyone raved over the pizza and the salad was very good as well. I found their prices to be a little high. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. The service was a little slow and there were only 3 other patrons that day. All in all it's a place we will go back to.

We live nearby and have been going since it opened. It is getting better and better. It is very cozy and the staff are friendly. The complimentary bread with amazing oil and seasoning is warm and extremely delicious. We always enjoy the food. The Caprese is wonderful and shareable. The cheese ravioli is delicious. My family loves the clams and the pizza. They always have a tasty dessert on the menu. Just try it! Bring your own bottle, too!

We stopped in now that they've re-opened with outdoor dining. Loved it! Salad starter was quick- olive oil & vinegar dressing was heavy on the vinegar, easily fixed when the waitress brought out extra olive oil to balance the salad dressing. In hindsight, the salad could use croutons to catch the dressing, or perhaps some toasted bread on the side with the olive oil. Perhaps a starter of toasted-bread-and-herb-garlic-olive-oil? Steamed clams were excellent, tasty broth; i should have asked for some toasted bread to soak up the last bits of clam broth My lobster ravioli in red sauce was very good, the red sauce was very flavorful, a deep red like tomato paste, next time I'll probably go with a white sauce to let the lobster flavor dominate. The pasta with golden sauce is amazing, deep, complex, and delicious.

First time visit. Small place, but very nicely done. Attention paid to every corner. Clean, vibrant, and rustic feeling. Smaller ound tables were a little tight on space for the 4 of us (2 kids, 2 adults) but not terrible. Server was great. Walked us through menu and uncorked wine we brought. Garlic bread was delicious and authentic. Meals were flavorful and well portioned. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed a late lunch on a Saturday. Each in our party agreed the food was good. We'd go back again, but it isn't one of our top Italian restaurants. It has a nice casual atmosphere, and I got the feeling that they are frequented by a lot of regular customers.
