Mariano's

We have been biking to Pepperell for a while now and just eating snacks on the way. We decided to try something new so we found Mariano's. The service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses were super super nice and cheerful and were really helpful too! The food was did not disappoint either!!!!! Our group ordered a lot - Lobster mac'n cheese, a custom pasta (linguine + bolognese + meatballs), eggplant parm (Melanzane alla Parmigiana) , a pizza (Sweet Heat pizza), and more. The presentation for the food was really nice especially for the Tuscan wings but they tasted so good that they were all gone before I got to take a picture 😂. The other dishes tasted great and looked great as well. However, the one low point of our visit was the pizza. We ordered the Sweet Heat pizza and that pizza replaced the tomato sauce with a garlic oil with a chili honey drizzle. When we ordered it we decided to do less honey drizzle so it wouldn't be too sweet but I guess that wasn't enough because the pizza was unimaginably sweet. In the end, no one really wanted to finish it so we took it home. In summary, great restaurant with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff and great food but the prices were a little bit high for us. Definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back!!

We have enjoyed the Tuscan Chicken panini until they changed the bread for the 2nd time. The sandwichs are much smaller and the chicken portions has gotten much smaller as well. But I did notice the price went up! Go back to the original bread ! I would have paid more for the original panini! I don't think this sandwich is worth the money anymore..

Very friendly staff also the chicken marsala was the best I have ever had I've gone back there twice now first I got it with angel hair second time I got it with linguine very nice size portions we'll go back there again the only downside is like every other restaurant today is the waiter stands there with a handheld device for you to pay your bill my husband finds out very uncomfortable when you are deciding a tip for this person maybe they should think about it and just leave it there for a few minutes and let you finish it without them standing there it has to be awkward for the waiter also and this is not the only place that does it The only other alternative for the person is to leave a cash tip on the table which you don't know if they share tips or is your full tip going to that one waiter who you really enjoyed

Reasonable prices, delicious food & excellent service in the restaurant. However, service was very slow, which sometimes happens when you are waiting for good food. So, we opted to order take-out instead on our next visit. Long story short, it took about an hour to get our food even though the initial estimate was 20 minutes, then 30 minutes.... Some items were cold while some items were hot. Honestly, I think the forgot about part of our order and had to rush to finish the order after we arrived. Will not return again.
