Ordered a sandwich from the app that included sliced mozzarella and the smashed avocado - both items that are upcharges. Picked up the sandwiches and when we got home, no avocado on the sandwich and shredded mozzarella instead of sliced. No notification online or at pick up that these items were out

Holy prices! Bought a meatball foot long with pepper jack and a foot long tuna with a bunch of veggies. $19.09!!! I'll spend the extra couple of bucks and go to Manteno and get Jimmy Johns. Remember a few years ago when it was $5 foot long (I'll even take $6 foot long!)

Glad to see new owners and new faces, not to mention very excited they are open again. Everyone I met today was extremely polite and wanted to make sure my experience was top notch. Well for some reason this subway won't take gift cards and when you have a coupon the girl said they put less meat when using coupon. She seemed like it was a chore to make the sandwich. Went there twice and experienced the same. Won't be going to that subway any longer.

The girl there was obviously distracted her phone went off while we were in there she messed up or wasn't paying any attention making the sandwiches. She just was rude messy and she shouldn't be working there. I think this is the first time I've been really really disappointed going there.
