Use to go to this location all the time, however the last 5 times i have been there they were either closed (at 3 or 4 in the afternoon!) or couldn't be bothered to answer their drivetrhu even though i saw employees inside. Will not be visiting this location anymore, and i used to go once a week, guess they don't want money $$!

5/10/22 placed an order arrived home minus my chicken pecan sandwich. I called and was told to come back and pick it up. When I went to the window I was handed the sack without even an apology for having to come back. This to me is poor customer service. Some type of compensation should have been offered, very disappointed.

Busy of course during lunch rush, both sandwiches were dry and buns were hard. Asked for arby sauce that I didn't get. Called back and management tried to justify it ..SMH Then was told to come back which I couldn't do. And didn't want to as the line was 10 cars deep in the drive thru when I pulled off and you could not go inside due to covid. Needless to say. I was told to save My receipt and the order could be replaced.

Their food has gone really downhill recently. After my last visit I do not plan on going to this Arby's again until things change. The milkshake I ordered was completely awful It tasted like ice and chocolate syrup blended together. There is actual ice chunks in the milkshake and they gave me a god-awful paper straw but there is absolutely no way to drink a milkshake through

Everytime I go there they close at 4pm and only 1 person working. It wouldnt be bad if they would put a closed sign on drive thru but instead cars are lined up and no one says anything . I had to call and this has happened more than once. I'm done with Arby's

This joint has a comfortable layout for dining in. The menu is formatted well making it easy to decipher and pick your food. They serve curly fries automatically which I consider a plus.
I was disappointed however, with the sanitary standards of one of the employees, hand washing was needed and not used. The only other issue I experienced was with respect to my Reuben Sandwich. I really enjoy a good Reuben! The varied ingredients mixing about on the palate creates quite an exquisite symphony of flavor. What I received was a mildly warm pile of meat topped with sauerkraut, thousand island and cheese, which was not melted. The tepid pile was sandwiched between two slices of rye which were soft and soggy. No attention had been offered to ensuring all the ingredients were heated properly nor was the rye toasted. Perhaps Arby's simply does not toast the rye.
Again, I visited the establishment 50 minutes before their 11:00 P.M. close time, this may have had an adverse affect.
I'll try their Reuben once more at a different time of the day.
