Burger King

Ordered with app got in line in drive thru took 20 minutes to get to 2nd window where I mentioned if they could have gave me my paid order at first window I could have been gone a long time before. She was a real winner in saying well in that case you can wait longer please pull forward . This after she walked to window with my order . The manager then came to window and stuck up for 1st employee and said your order not ready then pull up. I was so mad I drove away and thank goodness the burger King app people refunded my 10 + $ for my 2 whopper order. Would never recommend that restaurant to anyone to ever eat there in fact recommend everyone stays away . I have never been treated that way before and doubt I ever will again .

Took 7 minutes standing at counter before anyone came to take my order,my daughter in law and her sister had waited even longer,food was cooked fresh,but waiting to be waited on and getting food toook over 25 minutes,the worse part was in ladies bathroom the toilet paper wasn't in holder but sitting in the handicap bar and it had blood all over it,I made it be known they did go in and changed the toilet paper but still left sitting on the handicap bar and still not put in holder.My daughter in law,her sister and I won't be going back.We only stopped to grab a bite before we went on to hospital for medical appointment and traveled two hours by car to go to these appointments,so we was ready for a break, unfortunately this stop didn't provide that break,I'm just gonna assume it was just a off day not only for them but for us too.

As someone who worked at the holy grail of bad customer service ( McDonald’s ) i like to think after dealing with rude drive thru customers im pretty nice, and I have never given workers a hard time EVER. Im only 19 and the last thing I want is to be a Karen. But I went through the drive thru at about 8pm on April 10th and I asked what sizes the shakes come in and whoever was taking orders said that he couldn’t hear me so I moved closer and just asked for a large Oreo shake and the worker said with an attitude “ They only come in one size but ok is that it? “ look I know working food service sucks, I understand that the customer who you served before me maybe wasn’t nice but that is no excuse to have an attitude with me. Because I’ve done nothing rude to you WHATSOEVER. I pulled out of the drive thru without saying a word because I’m more mature, and much too nice but I really didn’t appreciate it. I sincerely hope that whoever it was had a better night.
