$19 for 2 fast food sandwiches, small fry and water ridiculous! Fries cold soggy and tasteless. Chicken sandwich dry and tough. Filthy restrooms! If restrooms that dirty more than likely restaurant too. We will not be back. Cashier not friendly at all.. No receipt given so could not do online survey with BK.

Downloaded the app as part of the 37 cent Whopper promotion. Ordered my Whopper (w cheese and bacon), thru the app, when I picked up my order they said their broiler was down and they were not serving beef products. How can they not offer beef products on the anniversary weekend they have been promoting for weeks? I asked for a refund They said they couldn't refund from the store, had to contact app. App refunded $0.42, for Whopper, not full charge of $1.96 w/cheese and bacon from reciept. Contacted support multiple times, still no resolution (offered a coupon code but not a refund for the missing charge).

I received great quality Burger but was given attitude when asking for dipping sauce due to payment needed for said dipping sauce. I would have gladly paid the extra change if there was not attitude given. The main register in the carryout was not working and felt quite odd leaning over the counter and yelling to the drive-through window my order when I wanted carry out service with an attendant right in front of me.

This is a regular stop for us when running errands on the weekends. I rated 4 stars because the service and food is usually great about 80% of the time. The Drive-Thru is better, as I always have a great experience. Smiles and great attitude from the staff!

Ruined the employees day working drive thru. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, received 3 dipping sauces, asked nicely for a couple more received 1 more and a major attitude, over dipping sauce! My nuggets were old, won't be returning to this location.
