Qdoba Mexican Grill

So, when I went up to the counter, the person who was taking my order just stared at me with an attitude, no hello or can I please take your order. I knew I should have just walked out. I ordered a burrito and as I’m telling her what I wanted on my burrito, she just stared back with an attitude. Why do they hire people like that! I’d rather wait for my food then have to deal with a person like that. After she put all the stuff I wanted, she didn’t mix the ingredients like they usually do. The guacamole was one side of the burrito, and the meat was one the other side. Then to top it off, she stuffed it in one of those round containers instead of putting it in a bag. This is why I quick going to fast food restaurants in the Peoria area because most of them really, really have bad service anymore.

Both Qdoba locations have gone way downhill in the last few years. Every time i order chicken it’s burnt and taste like sh!t! Seems like you guys leave the pre cook the chicken days in advance. This place used to be the sh!t , with people waiting in line. Not sure how you guys are even staying in business? Deff not worth $11 for black dry chicken!!P.S. this is coming from one of your top visitors!

I was passing thru and hungry this is one places that I can go to eat meatless. i like their lime rice, and I always ask for 2 scoops of black beans and put pic adegallo on top. The server suggested that next time & that day that I was in there to tell them I want sides dishes next time. To tell them to put it in one bowl. I thanked her and felt it was nice of her to be up front with me. she said it was cheaper for me to order that way. She also suggested another eatery that was vegan/ vegatarian too.
