Just one gripe, online menus for LJS states 8 piece meal 21.95. When we got to Peoria it was 24.95 on order sign.? Someone needs to update...

Got the deal today, 20 pieces of fish and/or chicken for 20.20. There was quite a wait time. However, it was worth it. The food was hot and freshly made.

I had Salmon and shrimp on rice and 2 sides (green beans and corn). It's fast food but not too bad for you , I think. Everything tasted great. Lady in the window was nice. Don't think you could ask for more. On previous trips I have waited quite a while but not today.

My spouse and I each ordered a platter consisting of two batter-fried fish fillets and three batter-fried chicken tenders and two hush puppies. Each platter came with two sides - - my spouse chose broccoli and rice, I had cole slaw and French fries. Everything was served hot - - the cole slaw was cold - - as they should be.

Recently ate here and was it really good. Food was cooked perfect and you get plenty too. Our order was taken at the front counter and she was very nice. We had to wait on our food but it wasn't long and it also was very hot which is good. And you can get a mug and they haveA&W rootbeer which is very good.All in all very nice!

Took a long time in drive-thru although there was only one car ahead of us. At the window, it was visible that NOT ONE EMPLOYEE had a mask on properly. Generally the masks were inky covering their chins and they were all very chatty with each other. They definitely need a level of training against COVID protocol. They have NONE.
