I love coming to this location the staff is always so friendly, patient and accommodating. The food is quick and tasty. The restaurant is clean and inviting. This time there were even holiday decoration which was a cute touch. All around a great experience

I ordered the Tortilla Soup and it was excellent. The ingredients were fresh. Maria, the manager, personally visited our table, asked how everything was and treated us to complimentary desserts.

I hadn't been to this location in a long time because the last three times I went they were very slow. Decided to try again after 2 years. I am glad I did. They have upped their game, quick service and good food for fast casual. Will definitely be coming back!

The food is good but the employees seemed depressed like they didn’t want to be there. I have been to other cafe rios and this one was the only one I had any issue with.

This review is for one special employee. Let me preface with I had made a decision 6 months ago to never come back to this location ever again. But something in me 2 months ago told me to give it another go. I'm so glad I did!!!
The employee is a young girl with short dark hair and when I've come on a Tuesday or Friday evening she's been at the cash register. Let me tell you, every establishment needs employees like her!! She's always all smiles, very personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I watched someone come in behind me upset with the price of their order, and let me tell you, she handled that customer with so much patience and professionalism!!! Her parents should be proud! But even more, the company should do everything to keep her! Kids nowdays don't want to work, always have earbuds in, are on their phones, have attitude and just generally dont want to deal with you. I wish they would take a lesson from this girl!! Thanks for always giving us a wonderful experience!! We will be seeing you soon!!

The staff were very friendly and patient as people try to navigate the countless options. The restaurant was very clean. Well, it is not my favorite place to eat, the food was good. The birria tacos would have been better if the consommé had more flavor.

As far as American Mexican food goes this place is pretty good, I really like how they make from scratch tortillas all day. Plus the staff is always very friendly! But pumpkin spice horchata??? Lol.
