It was totally awesome!!! Amazing!!!! We had the mullet and shrimp and it was cooking perfect!!! Not over or under cook batter was awesome not to much!!! I would highly recommend this place. The waitress Bethany wad the best. She was so attentive and Johnny on the spot!!!👍👍👍👍👍

it's kind. My Clients to Sam's Seafood for a Hook and Cook all the time . Clients love them Hush puppies and Cole Slaw. Give em a try you won't be disappointed. Best Local Restaurant in Downtown Pensacola Florida

Very nice place. Friendly staff and food was good. Park on side because parking in front makes it hard to get out. Do get the Key Lime Pie I know everyone serves it around here,but this is the best.

This restaurant thoroughly exceeded my expectations. The food took a small amount of time to be served, which is acceptable, specially since the quality of the food was top notch. I generally do not enjoy seafood, but even I found the meal I had to be delectable. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice restaurant. Food was excellent. It wasn't busy the night we went so that was nice, and quiet also. We have lived here in Pensacola for 10+ years and never went to this place and i am kicking myself for it! Will definitely visit again. Prices are about right for genuine seafood and steak!

I had a great time here and received the best customer service. I cam with my family after graduation. We are from out of the area, so we are not regulars nor do we know anyone there. However, our server treated us like we were. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but she went above and beyond for me.
I was/am still recovering from double jaw surgery and just got the ok to eat real food. Chewing anything crunchy would be impossible. After explaining this to the waitress she made sure that all my food was lightly fried. She checked on my three times throughout my meal to make sure I was still able to eat because if I couldn't, she would get me something else.
On top of that, she treated everyone with me just as nice and she was on top of our refills. She even entertained my 6 year old by watching her "magic tricks."
I go out to eat often and I usually don't encounter such great service and great food. I highly recommend this establishment. If i am ever in the area again, I will definitely come back!
