The sashimi was magnificent, as was the steak teriyaki and salmon teriyaki. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The building is lovely. My only critique would be that the music should be turned down as it made conversation difficult.
Sake Cafe never disappoints! Just tried the lion fish for the first time and it was delicious - light, flaky, white fish with a mild flavor, with a panko crispy finish. Yum! And it's in a beautiful renovated church sanctuary.

Second time visiting Sake Cafe, the staff was friendly and the sushi is incredible. If you order enough they deliver it on a sushi boat (which we loved!) Highly recommend the soba noodles and the dynamite roll!

The food was amazing, and the service was great! If you're low carb, I highly recommend the Ichiban Maki roll--it doesn't have any rice and is wrapped in a cucumber.
Amazing server, didn't catch her name but helpful with the Japanese whisky, also had the perfect snow nigori. I work for a sushi place out of the Destin area but when in town I cheat, lol. My go to is the triple spicy crunch roll and the Cordova roll along with a classic shrimp tempura roll. The sushi is always fresh and never disappoints. The lunch sushi combo is a deal too!
We have gotten takeout from Sake Cafe a number of times, and have never been disappointed. The garlic mussels are spectacular, but the sushi is exceptional. Here is my Princess roll with the salmon, and my Sweet Mango Roll. That was not only enough for dinner, but for a nice lunch the next day.
