The parking lot of this place is always sketchy and it's on a busy road, but you brave all of that because ritas is AWESOME. when you need a ritas fix this one is in a very convenient location in-between the neshaminy mall and the Oxford valley mall.

Great products. I am a big fan of key lime water ice and wish Rita woukd offer it more. The Rewards App is a great value feature.
