I LOVE this Starbucks. It’s my happy place. Bo and Rosa are the sweetest people ever. Never a bad experience. If you want to go to a Starbucks where you will immediately get a smile on your face then go to this one <3
The store open at 5:30am. I use the Starbucks mobile app to order. My food was ready in less than five minutes.

Rosa always greets me with a warm welcome and efficient service. She always recognizes me and expedites amazing customer service. If she isn’t already the manager, she definitely deserves a promotion!!!!
No drive through but there's a good reason for that. This locations interior is very nicely lit, has very comfortable seating, and is always very clean! Penfield Starbucks is wonderful. What really makes the location great is the staff. They are friendly, incredibly nice and organized. The staff is absolutely lovely every visit and their demeanor just anodyne enough to make for a good coffee house atmosphere. Service is timely and accurate. Seating is comfortable; the layout of the shoppe places the lounge away from walking paths and cashiers. Pristine location!
