Review Old Trail Restaurant - Pendleton

Mostly populated with an older crowd that shows up for the food. I really enjoyed the chicken salad club. The space is quiet and cool with just enough breeze. There is no smoking inside and the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly, all female, and not afraid to work hard.

best fried chicken I've had in Indiana. We went on Thursday for the all you can eat chicken wings. As long as you don't eat besides you can really pig out on these giant wings. At 11.99 for ayce it's a great value.

They have the best food. The weekly specials are something you need to have in your life. I wish I had the recipe for their chicken and noodles. I would love to make it for Christmas. I will keep coming back.

The wings are amazing at this place. We've been actually been impressed with everything we've eaten here. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it always seems under staffed and service is always slow. I called in pick up and have arrived a little after the given time for pick up and had to wait another 20 min. for food to be ready. The staff is always friendly, but even before covid service always seemed slow and waitresses always blamed it on no help. Highly suggest dropping by to dine because the food is good but make sure you have plenty of time.

Never had a bad experience here!!! The waitress is amazing and much more than her title!!! She really does a super job each and every time. Dine in or take out, you can't go wrong here!!

Great broasted chicken with all you can eat mashed potatoes and green beans with fried biscuits and apple butter special on Sunday. Not that I needed any extra sides after two pieces of chicken. A fantastic meal at a more than reasonable price. Not local to me, but willing to travel from Indy to visit again.

The food was FANTASTIC...HOT, I ate it all. Will go back again. This is why I love trying non-chain restaurants and supporting local businesses. Had the Breasted Chicken Meal. They are getting new TV's so you can enjoy Football games, etc while out with the family or friends.

3 out of the 4 of us had broasted chicken. I had their tenderloin salad with their homemade French dressing they also have homemade ranch. They were a little slow but only had 1 waitress. A lot of the food is homemade.

Everything. All<br/><br/><br/>-----19 Oct, 2014-----<br/><br/>Great Place!. My parents visited frequently when they were located downtown years ago. I always had to stay home with a babysitter. They always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I stop by when I can, always have had a good experience.

Highly recommended. Great food and staff. The broasted chicken is the best I've ever eaten. A real family place where we go weekly.

Varied menu, but I agree with others... Food is Okay - service is sooo SLOW!! Good deal on wing night (Thursday), but if you want to get your money's worth plan on staying a while! They are very slow coming around.

Food is mediocre for the wait. Food is fine, nothing special but definitely not worth the extreme wait time! Every time I stop by I think it will be different but it never is. Everything here takes 3 times as long as it should. If they could speed up their service it would greatly improve the experience. As is, I'll never go back again.

The place for Chicken and Noodles. I've had a lot of good meals here, but the menu item I love there is the Chicken and Noodles! They ususally run out early, so I try to make it for lunch. They have really good chicken, too. Good place for good comfort food.
