I had an amazing experience tonight. Big shout out to my server Angela S. I’ve only been to Cheesecake Factory about once before a long time ago so I didn’t really remember.
Tonight I went with a friend of mine and really had a great time. The service was quick, food was amazing and fresh and my server Angela S did an amazing job, very attentive and quick. I’m very pleased with the service I experienced tonight :)

I desire and respect good service. I love great service! Alan was our server tonight. He was very busy, yet he didn't miss a beat. This guy made the evening special, as he made sure to check on us with enough frequency, remembered our small special requests, and anticipated other needs we had. I think he was probably covering for another server or section, but he was lightning fast anyway. This guy needs to give a class in excellent service.
The food? I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants, but this is an exception to the rule. My dish (Tuscan Chicken) was cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the accompaniments were bursting with flavor. Portion size is on the generous side of the scale, and portion & quality to value measure is a win.
Restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Everything looked inviting and cared for.

Everything was great!! The wait wasn't too bad on a Sunday afternoon. I had the shrimp pasta. It was delicious!!! Our server was nice and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Took my mom here for her birthday, she truly enjoyed herself and the service/food was great!!

The brunch flatbread was delicious and filling. Ordered without bacon and with arugula instead. Ordered a 9oz glass of Chardonnay which was $18. That's kinda nuts. Service was spotty, he was super nice but very quick to leave the few times he stopped by. Few things we requested didn't come for a while.

Everything about my dinner at the Cheesecake Factory Pembroke Pines location was amazing. My server was Angela S & she was amazing as well. I had such a horrible experience at the Aventura location, but this made up for it. The bread was hot,the butter was room temp, food was hot & well plated,didn't seem rushed,food wasn't greasy & the server knew the menu. Literally everything negative that happened at the last location (Aventura), was done correctly at this location (Pembroke Pines). Please let Angela S know how wonderful she is at her job!

I love this location it’s always a pleasant experience. The service is amazing, food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. There is such a variety of food and so many cheesecakes to choose from, no matter what there’s always something for everyone.
