Dude was rushing things and not being friendly.
I ordered a cup of tea, but it was too hot to hold, so I put it in a second cup. The guy blastered me for trying to cheat 7/11, and said normally he could charge me an additional 5 kronor for it. I told him I wasn't aware, and said ya'll should add a sign. He then took an offense as if I was questioning his authority and started to argue with me. Over a freaking paper cup. Ridiculous behavior.
Teach your staff some regular customer service.
He lost you a customer for an argument over a paper cup. Top man!

The location and opening hours are great. Also they offer a wide range of products. The cashier's is always on the grumpy side. When it comes to the baked goods the variety is ok but in my case my Semla (typical swedish pastry) was frozen in the middle. So I guess not "made in store" as promised by 7-eleven.

Opening hours not 24/7 and not updated during the whole Covid period. Opening hours varies. Don't plan to get anything before 8-9 on weekends.

Really close to the park. You can enjoy your lunch in the park itself, quiet and in the middle of lots of locals. The ice coffee is also pretty good.
